I lost another 5.8 pounds last week! That makes 8.8 pounds in three weeks.I keep getting up at night and eating. ( I KNOW its emotional eating, I just lost my job and have been a bit depresssed. Last night I did okay until about 3am, I found the coconut cake my mom made and had a peice. That stuff is amazing). My question is--how can I stop this, or do it and stay within points? I brought water to bed with me thinking that would deter me, but it obviously didn't
Also, I need new summer clothes, but I'm afraid to buy anything because I'm going to be losing weight. Should I bite the bullet and buy some stuff or should I wait until I hit my 10% target--25 pounds?
